24HR notice needed for refund in case of cancellation.
If any of your party do not show up to the booking without 24hr notice, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.
A £50 cleaning fee applies for messy rooms. Vomiting, throwing cake, or severe damage may incur a £100 fee or full deposit forfeiture depending on severity.
When booking the KARAOKE & BUFFET PACKAGE:
Please clarify on your booking if you would like the KARAOKE & BUFFET PACKAGE.
Guests will dine in the restaurant first for 1.5HR buffet and then proceed to 1HR KARAOKE downstairs – GUESTS must complete both in order to receive their deposit back.
